All students participate in music class during the academic year. Music improves recall and retention of information and supports emotional well-being. Students participate in two yearly performances for parents, helping to build self-confidence and a sense of community.
Paul Effman Music Program
Students from Kindergarten to 6th grade have the opportunity to expand their musical skills through the Paul Effman Music Program, offered after school. This program provides small group instruction in instruments such as violin, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, and more. Led by professional music educators, the Paul Effman program allows students to deepen their appreciation for music, develop discipline, and experience the joy of learning an instrument.
